Judy Frieders

Judy was born in St. Charles, IL.   She has two sisters that live in the area and a brother in San Antonio, Texas. 

After high school, she started working at DuKane Corp in St. Charles, IL in the government contract department.

She eventually left and started full time at RMF Products taking care of all bookkeeping and financial duties for the company.
 

Dick Frieders

Dick was born in Aurora, IL and has a brother in the area and a sister living in Cape Coral, FL.

He became interested in electronics in high school.  He obtained a commercial FCC license, as well as a Ham Radio license - K9DKP. Dick was offered a job with IBM as a Field Engineer but instead, decided to work for a local company, DuKane Corporation.  He was hired as an electronic inspector in the companies special projects division which included work on classified  communications systems for the U.S. Navy.   After that, Dick moved to the companies main engineering department and worked on hospital nurse call systems as well as various sound systems, the companies main product line.

In the mean time, Dick's hobbies of electronics and photography prompted him to design several 2 projector dissolve systems to show his slide presentations.  This eventually grew into a full time business known as RMF Products.
